The process

From first conversation
to lasting change

01 Discovery Call

A free 30-minute conversation. We explore what you need, whether coaching is the right tool, and whether we're the right fit.

02 Contracting

We agree on the focus, structure, and success criteria. A formal coaching agreement is signed in line with ICF standards.

03 Coaching Sessions

60-minute sessions, typically fortnightly. Between-session support via email. Every session is purposeful and progress-tracked.

04 Review & Close

A formal review of progress against your goals at the halfway point and at closing. Optional extension for continued work.
