Discovery calls are about fit — yours and mine. I'll want to understand your situation, what you're hoping to change, and what's getting in the way. You'll want to get a sense of how I work and whether my approach matches what you need.
At the end, we'll be clear on whether to proceed, what that would look like, and what investment is involved. No surprises.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes — all coaching can be delivered via video call. I work with clients across EMEA and globally.
How do I know which programme is right for me?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll work out together which engagement best fits your situation.
Can my organisation sponsor the coaching?
Yes — I issue formal invoices and can work with organisational procurement processes. I can also provide business cases and programme descriptions if needed.
Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. All coaching is conducted in strict confidence in line with ICF ethical guidelines. Session content is never shared without explicit permission.
